My little sister There's so much I can say about her. There is 6 years of age between us. She was the "baby" growing up. When we were younger, I was busy being a teenager a lot of time and then jetted off to college. When I returned is when my real relationship developed with her. Garnett came to me a few weeks after she had her first son Zachary and she did not really ask -she explained- that I would be watching him 3 nights a week while she worked. I wanted to shake my head "NO" in panic. I did tell her that I was not responsible if he got broken on my watch!! When she dropped him off, the first thing I would ask if he #2'd already that day!! It got to the point that Garnett would say hi and then start explaining if he went or ... gulp ... not. When it came time to deliver Joel, I got to not only be in the delivery room but I was the first person to ever hold him. One of the most amazing experiences and who knew that it would prepare me for my day delivering!!
Garnett flew all of my decorations for my baby shower down in a bag so that she could be a part. She calls me every day and she's always there for me. She has the BEST laugh and she's ALWAYS up to some thing ... always. She's super fun. She owes me a karaoke night btw. She has a youthful spirit and has endured some tremendous difficulty in her life. She's survived beautifully. She is fantastic with children and baby Bryan just adores his Aunt Nettie.
I love my nephews so much too. They are special little men to me. They visit often and we have some fun together as well. I'm always hoping the best for them in school, leggos or whatever they want to enjoy in life.
I love my family and I'm so glad to finally have the opportunity to do a photo shoot with them.
