Evan and Ava were born a week after Bryan. He was so excited to see them. People his own size. I have been taking a course on aperture, shutter speeds and f/stops so they were my models. Mom, Mary arrived prepared to the max. You should see her diaper tactical bag. Loaded with snacks, diapers, wipes and anything else she needed to manage these two. Twins can be tough to manage but these two were delightful and mom really has her stuff together. And you can tell, she enjoys it. I learned a few things today just watching her in action. She did bring reinforcements. Kim considers herself a "rent a grandma" and she's a natural. I had so much fun meeting with these two today.
Evan and Ava are 8 months and two weeks at the time of these photos. They are excellent eaters. They are pulling up and have some interesting crawling patterns happening. Ava is super alert. She takes in the room and really focuses on an item and then she goes for it. Evan is a little more laid back and does this cool belly maneuver. They were both photogenic but getting them together at the same time without moving out of frame was a super challenge because they are so healthy and on the go!
Photography is a fantastic way to enjoy babies. It is a way to enjoy where they are now in development but also to look back and reflect on the stage. It goes so fast. We got some great captures and I have an understanding on how these RAW images get processed and created. :)
Enjoy, with love, Larissa
